Please note orders will only be dispatched once we have received payment for goods in full.
After you have placed your order, we will send you, as soon as possible, an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm your payment was received and which goods you have ordered. At this time we will also give you an estimated delivery time.
We do not have to accept your order, and we will not accept your order if we do not have the goods in stock, payment is not received in full, there is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the goods or you have cancelled the order. Further to this, we reserve the right to refuse any order.
Cancelling an order:
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it. Please telephone us or email us to cancel your order.
If you cancel just part of an order, the postage and packaging charge will be recalculated based on the value of the goods you keep.
Cooling off period:
You are entitled to a cooling off period, when you can return your goods without any penalty. Our cooling off period is 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, which includes any statutory cooling off period.
If you wish to return goods, you have a duty to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Please telephone us or email us if you would like to return your order. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including packaging. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
In the highly unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, please telephone or email us immediately.
. If you wish to cancel the order, a full refund will be given including all postage costs. If you wish to exchange the goods, these will be sent out without charge. Return of the damaged or faulty goods is required.
None of our products come with a guarantee, however, we have built our reputation on the quality of our goods and in the rare event of faulty goods, we will offer you a refund or exchange. Please see our “returning goods” section for more info. Please note that damaged or faulty goods must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. None of the above affects your statutory rights.
Pricing and payment:
Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling. We can accept payment in other currencies, however this is only available when paying via PayPal. BeadKit is not VAT registered and there is therefore no VAT element in our prices. Packing and delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods. While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website are currently available at the price shown on the website, we cannot always guarantee this. If goods you have ordered are unavailable, out of stock, there is a pricing error or there will be a delay, you will be notified as soon as possible.
If there is a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to purchase the goods at the correct price or cancel your order. In the event that we are unable to contact you, we will automatically cancel the order.
Our delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order and will be specified at the point of checkout.
We will do all we can to
ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery time. An estimated delivery time will be given to you when you checkout your goods.
